1.  Free shipping on out-of-town purchases in the USA East of the Mississippi River-all others Email to obtain charges (all shipping orders include the insurable value of the purchase).

2.  Any applicable sales taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

3.  Any damages incurred by a shipping agency (usually UPS or FEDEX should be covered in the included insurance of the respective agency as Vendor has purchased damage insurance to benefit the Purchaser.  The Vendor , Barbies Art, will offer any reasonable and appropriate assistance in the event of any insurance disputes-if needed.

4.  The Vendor has photographed, or has had photographed, the paintings offered for sale and attempted to provide the best representation of her work.  There may be variations in color or contrast depending on the lighting type, intensity of lighting, directing of lighting, or the diretion of lighting source wherever the art piece is placed.  The Vendor will not accept responsibility for these types of variations.

5.  All works are copyrighted and may not be duplicated with any technological method that is available currently or in the future. action that would be detrimental to the reputation of the Artist.

6.  The Purchaser, upon transacting, automatically agrees as part of the sale that they will not use the art as a vehicle for 'hate speech", "SPAM". bulling, etc. and will not assist any subsequent owner in any of the above or similar actions or any action that would be detrimental to the reputation of the Artist.
